Executive Summary Overview
A clinically informed platform designed to address limitations of traditional ADCs.
Mayo Clinic has developed a next-generation antibody-guided nanoparticle platform supported by human clinical proof-of-concept data. The program is led by Svetomir Markovic, M.D., Ph.D., and is being advanced to support future patient use.

Traditional antibody-drug conjugates can be constrained by payload capacity and the challenge of delivering an effective dose to tumor cells while limiting exposure to normal tissues. Nanovia uses albumin nanoparticles containing a chemotherapeutic payload and coated with tumor-targeting monoclonal antibodies.
This modular architecture separates targeting, carrier, and payload functions—creating a flexible platform for lead-asset development and follow-on oncology programs.
